NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - Statement of Assurance for Public Textbook and Instructional Materials Incentive Program
Education Code 60119 requires that the governing board of a school district shall take the following action:
The governing board shall hold a public hearing and make a determination as to whether each pupil in each school in the district has or will have, prior to the end of the fiscal year, sufficient textbooks, or instructional materials, or both; and shall adopt a resolution disclosing the determination.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing determining if students have or will have sufficient textbooks will be held during the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Trustees on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 6:20 p.m. The meeting will be held in person at the District Office located at 375 Reina del Mar, Pacifica, CA and can also be attended virtually via Zoom using this LINK.
