Repairing and Updating Pacifica Elementary and Middle Schools

Pacifica School District (PSD) provides students in our community with a great education. We are committed to preparing every student for a bright future.

State funding for school improvements is limited, and it has been over 20 years since our district’s last education facility bond measure. Old buildings need to be repaired or replaced and outdated heating systems require updates. Although our schools have received modernizations in the last 20 years, our facilities require significant upgrades to ensure the continued health and safety of every student in Pacifica.

In today’s 21st-century world, updated classrooms and technology improvements are essential to building a strong academic foundation and preparing our students for high school, college and the competitive job market of tomorrow.

In order to maintain safe schools and promote a high-quality education, the Pacifica School District Board of Trustees recently voted to place Measure O, a $55 million local education bond measure, on the June 5, 2018 ballot.
