Workforce Housing Committee
Pacifica School District is interested in developing the former Oddstad School into Workforce Housing to provide below market rate rent and help our employees mitigate the high cost of housing in the Bay Area. The Workforce Housing Committee will typically meet once per month (the first Wednesday of the month from 3:30 to 5:00 pm). The purpose of the committee is to have representation from interested stakeholders to guide the project and assist with communication to stakeholder groups. Two community members representing parents and the greater Pacifica community will be selected by the Board of Trustees.
If you are interested in applying to be on the Workforce Housing Committee, please open the application here and submit to Kelly Alves at kalves@pacificasd.org. If you have questions regarding the Workforce Housing Project, you may direct them to Josie Peterson at jpeterson@pacificasd.org.
