Services are available to all tenants and landlords within the county, regardless of income or immigration status.

Down Payment Assistance for First Time Home Buyers
If you work at a school, www.landed.com will help you buy a home. A Landed program is started at your school and local investors are brought in to back the program. You apply to receive funds from your school’s Landed program, covering up to 50% of the down payment. Landed helps you find and buy a home near where you work. Landed contributes the funds at time of purchase.
